Using the service

You must be at least [MINIMUM AGE] and follow applicable laws. Keep your account credentials private. If individual account sign-in is enabled, your credit balance and purchase history are associated with your account. You are responsible for prompts, uploaded media, and the way you use generated results.

Account deletion

When account deletion is enabled in the app, you may delete your signed-in account there. Deletion removes your account and remaining credit wallet and cannot be undone. Cancel any Premium subscription first. Stripe transaction records may be retained as required for legal and accounting purposes. Creations saved on your device remain there until you clear the app’s website data.

AI-generated content

Campain Studio uses third-party AI services. Results may be inaccurate, similar to existing works, or unsuitable for a particular use. Review results before relying on or publishing them. You must have the rights and permissions needed for all material you submit. Do not request unlawful content, impersonation, or content that violates another person’s rights.

Credits and purchases

Prices, credit amounts, and generation costs are shown in the app. When individual accounts are enabled, credits and purchases are recorded to the signed-in account. YouTube uploads

If you choose to upload a finished video to YouTube, you authorize the browser to send that video and the upload details you provide to YouTube. You must have the rights and permissions needed for the video and metadata, and you are responsible for choosing the correct audience and visibility settings. YouTube’s terms and policies apply to your YouTube use.

Availability and third parties

Generation depends on third-party providers, network access, and available credits. Providers may change or limit their services. We may suspend access to protect the service or comply with law.
